Job Title : National Head - Corporate & Institutional Sales
Job Location : Kolkata, with 15-25% outstation Travel
Reporting Structure: Will report to CEO
Job Context & Purpose : Corporate/Institutional Sales is the focus Business Unit for Torero for the year 2018. The 'Business Head' will play a leadership role in growing this Business Unit and also be a senior leadership team member in the organisation.
Job Deliverables/Key Result Areas:
- Strong management of the Business Unit P&L
- Identifying Sales Partners & Agents; pitching, negotiating & contracting with them
- Supporting Partners in establishing & growing our business within their region
- Maintaining excellent Partner relations, become most preferred Partner
- Strong management of the business Leads Pipeline, keeping it always full
- Leading team for high performance
- Competent use & advocacy of CRM Tools
Ideal Work Experience Range: 8 - 12 years
