Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- P & L Head responsible for achieving exponential growth, new business initiatives and successful integration of acquired assets and creation of value chain for Logistic Business.

- Plan the strategy with regard to Market Penetration, Structure of Organization & Customer Profiling

- Identify cross sell and up-sell opportunities across the current client base and bring new business opportunities to the business through your extended external network.

- Ensuring Team continuity in developing its markets, innovation and expert knowledge.

- Budget Planning

- Performance Management System for the Company& Continuous Improvement initiatives on the Operational front To create a sustainable Business model to meet stake holders expectations.

Education and Experience :

- Post graduate in MBA, having a degree from a globally renowned university.

- Has a minimum of 20 plus years leadership and management experience

- May also know Contract Logistics, System, Management, Financial Management, Business, Finance, Design, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Vendor Management, Logistic Management, and Design Management.
