Position - DGM Operations

Looking Candidate from eCommerce Industry (for E.g. Urbanclab, House Joy, Ola, Uber etc)

- Should have handled PAN India Operations

- Will be responsible for Operations of 20 Cities

- Proper coordination with Deputy Service Managers (DSM) of respective locations

- Day to day MIS updation from DSM

- Make sure smooth function of App in respective cities

- Make sure payment to service providers within timeline

- Understanding and resolve day to day customer queries

- Registration of service provider in app

- Make sure timely service to customer

- Schedule soft skill training to service providers

- Daily, Weekly and Monthly report creation

Salary offered: 8 - 15 LPA
