Job Title: Growth Manager.

Location: Chandigarh, India.

Job Type: Full-time.

Job Overview:

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving our growth strategy, managing brand initiatives, counseling clients, executing marketing outreach programs, and overseeing B2B marketing activities.

You will play a key role in shaping our growth trajectory and ensuring that all efforts align with our long-term vision.

Roles & responsibilities :

Growth Management:

- Lead and execute strategies to drive sustainable business growth.

- Focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Monitor performance metrics and optimize growth strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.

Brand Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

- Ensure consistent messaging and strong brand identity across all platforms.

- Monitor brand performance and make improvements as necessary.

Client Counseling and Engagement:

- Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring they understand products/services.

- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Marketing Outreach:

- Lead digital and traditional marketing outreach campaigns.

- Manage and optimize marketing funnels (lead generation, nurturing, conversion).

- Work with content and social media teams to create engaging campaigns.

B2B Marketing:

- Develop B2B strategies to acquire new partnerships and strengthen existing ones.

- Identify new business opportunities and design account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in growth management, brand management, or a similar role.

- Proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies and driving business growth.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Innovative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

- Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.

- Results-oriented and highly motivated to drive business growth.
