Role & Responsibilities
- Heading and managing the end to end HR Operations functions
- Undertaking onboarding functions of new employees
- Coordinating with HR Operations team and processing monthly salaries
- Handling processing of FNF amounts of ex - employees
- Coordinating with internal HR's PAN India to maintain accurate data of all employees
- Managing exit formalities
- Ensuring timely payments to all employees
- Managing attendance records of all employees
- Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps
- Ensuring compliance of process cycles on a timely basis
- Managing leave policies

- Have a deep understanding of HR principles,and practices
- Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
- Come with solid work ethics and integrity
Qualification & Skills -
- Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Tier I institute
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in HR Operations functions
- Possessing good leadership & technical skills
- Experienced in Team management
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel software
PG in MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Maximum notice period: 1 month
