Role & Responsibilities :

- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements

- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning

- Annual closing and finalization of Accounts

- Undertaking monthly closing of accounts

- Undertaking Variance analysis and MIS reporting

- Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors

- Ensuring timely payments to various stakeholders

- Ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor accounts

- Ensuring implementation of Business policies

- Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps

- Ensuring revenue and receivables management

- Ensuring statutory compliances like TDS and GST

- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues

- Managing ROC compliances w.r.t private limited companies.

Qualification & Skills :

- Chartered Accountant or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Tier I institute

- Cleared C.S finals from ICAI.

- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting sector

- Possessing good leadership & technical skills

- Experienced in Team management

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel software
