The company has sales offices in 19 cities from where students can get access to further counseling assistance. The aim is to double the city presence by the end of 2018.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Heading and managing the end to end HR Operations functions
- Undertaking onboarding functions of new employees
- Coordinating with HR Operations team and processing monthly salaries
- Coordinating with internal HR's PAN India to maintain accurate data of all employees
- Managing exit formalities
- Ensuring timely payments to all employees
- Managing attendance records of all employees
- Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps
- Ensuring compliance with process cycles on a timely basis
- Managing leave policies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory norms

Qualification & Skills:
- Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Tier I & II Institute
