Toppr is looking for its YouTube Marketing Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that Toppr's YouTube channels continue to grow and provide engaging content to a growing list of subscribers.
Your role will include :
- Increase views and subscribers of Toppr's Youtube channels
- Design strategies to improve the performance of Toppr's YouTube channel.
- Optimise videos for YouTube. This includes using correct tags, category descriptors, right keywords and video captions to ensure that potential viewers find the video.
- Build Toppr's brand on YouTube with content and audience targeting.
HOW YOU'LL RAMP:
First week :
- Induction programme:
- Understand Toppr's journey, its values and mission.
- Spend time with the Marketing, Product, Sales and Finance teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr's offering, its competition, and future outlook.
By Day 30:
- Conduct research: Explore and analyze Toppr's YouTube reach and discover ways to optimise it.
- Create YouTube strategies that can be integrated in Toppr's existing marketing strategy.
- Keep the YouTube channel regularly updated with new and engaging content.
WHAT YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED... SO FAR
Education: A graduate/PG degree from a Tier I institute
Experience :
- At least 1 year experience in Youtube Marketing
- Hands-on experience in marketing video content is an advantage.
Knowledge: Commercial acumen
Soft Skills:
Calculated risk-taking: Intuitiveness to experiment
Analytical: Keen interest in analyzing data, and transforming it into actionable marketing strategies.
Communication: Ability to convey the right message and build a connection with people.
Self-driven: Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
