The Role:

In this role, you will directly engage with the regional leads/sales team to ensure accurate lead allocation and monitoring. You will own the compliance in allocation and execution for your region and act as the sole regional point of contact for the central strategy team. This is an individual contributor role where you manage the regional level performance, ground level adherence/compliance, and day-to-day data tracking/operations.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with regional leads teams to ensure accuracy in allocation and deployment, with weekly lead generation and assignment monitoring

2. Responding to sales team queries and addressing lead complaints in a timely manner

3. Monitoring and communicating regional on-ground changes (personnel, policy, etc.)

4. Developing and maintaining site performance trackers at daily/weekly frequency

5. Servicing ad-hoc data requirements at regional level for the strategy team

6. Acting as the liaison between central strategy team and regional sales team

Skills/Qualities Required:

- Any MBA/PGDM Graduates

- Previous experience in Sales or Marketing

- Previous experience in education sector preferred, but not mandatory

- Comfortable with numbers, analytics and data management

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

- Strong flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks
