ABOUT THE ROLE :
Toppr is looking for its Manager - Product Marketing
You'll be responsible for driving our retention and growth strategy across a suite of
products.
1. Create omni-channel (push notifications, Whatsapp, In-app prompts, SMS, Email etc) marketing campaigns & journeys based on different user segments to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement & retention.
2. Be responsible for planning and execution of retention campaigns on platforms like Webengage, CleverTap, Moengage, etc.
3. Execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, and also maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
4. Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
5. Dig deep into the data and provide actionable insights, identifying new opportunities.
6. Using user & market research, user feedback, user usage and competitive analysis to identify new campaign opportunities, products and enhancements.
7. Be responsible for and own execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
8. Collaborate with designers & Content creators to build the right communication for all campaigns.
9. Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results, collaborate with analysts to monitor and review past campaigns and journeys.
10. Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
11. Create detailed and diverse user-segments to identify high, medium & low activity cohorts. Create communication & content strategies to increase the size of high-activity cohorts.
12. Analyze website & mobile traffic, create user journeys & campaigns to enable cross channel product experience and marketing.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in creating mobile/web application journeys & campaigns on tools like Webengage, Moengage, Clevertap etc.
2. Own product and marketing retention, from strategic planning to execution and optimisation, by collaborating with CRM, Content and Acquisition teams
3. An analytical bent of mind with an ability to collate, analyze and present data to drive clear business insights and make decisions to meet retention KPIs.
4. Collaborate with the Product, Marketing and Business Intelligence teams for driving engagement and revenue.
5. This includes using CRM tools and the creation of user journeys.
6. Own the reactivation funnel, including spend optimisation, tracking and improving reports and aligning stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with the Analytics team to present daily, weekly and monthly reports of promotional campaigns as per various business metrics.
8. Work with Marketing and Product teams to help develop websites and apps for improved design, usability, content, and customer experience.
9. Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn't working.
10. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
11. Excellent copywriting skills to produce high quality copies for marketing campaigns and journeys.
