About the ROLE:
Toppr is looking for its Director - Renewals. In this role, you will be driving the Renewals revenue and Renewals % at pan-India level and will be responsible for planning and executing medium-long term strategies for the vertical.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. MBA/PGDM from Tier I Business School and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs) with overall 7+ years of experience.
2. 4+ years working experience in running a high-performing country-wide Sales team.
3. Understanding of Ed-Tech industry is a must.
4. Prior experience with Renewals & Retention is a plus.
5. 2+ years of strategy consulting experience is a plus.
