Toppr - AVP/Senior Manager - Product - IIT/NIT/BITS

ABOUT THE ROLE

Toppr is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the software platforms that bring Toppr to life. In this role, you will work closely with a team of motivated and experienced engineers and product designers. You- ll enable them to provide a seamless learning experience to our students. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences learning (education). Great products come from great ideas. And great ideas come from great discussions. HOW YOU- LL RAMP

In First Week...

- Understand Toppr's journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.

- Spend time with the Product, Sales, Marketing, Knowledge, and Finance teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr's offering, its competition, and future outlook.

By Day 30-

- Maintain a strategic product roadmap and daily backlog. Solve problems in a structured and systematic manner.

- Ensure timely delivery of enhancements to Toppr's core platforms through smooth collaboration with multiple teams.

By Day 90-

- Constantly create personalized learning paths to help students learn faster and better.

- Understand and communicate customers- needs and perspectives to inspire the broader organization, and help conceptualize new products.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- BE/BTech from IITs, BITS, NITs, and other tier-1 colleges.

- 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years in product management. Strong technical background, ability to dive into the technical details is a requirement.

- Experience working at an agile software company/startup is a bonus.

- Strong product instincts; you have a strong intuition about what users want.
