The company has sales offices in 15 cities from where students can get access to further counselling assistance. The aim is to double the city presence by the end of 2017.
ROLE: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
- Professional with a Proven Track record of developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies
- Striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.in lines with Organizational Goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling the entire end to end recruitment cycle for assigned mandates.
- Sourcing resumes through various channels such as Job Portals (Naukri.com, Shine.com Monsterindia.com), References, Database, etc.
- Conducting the HR round of interview and Co-ordinating the entire interviewing process
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines Familiarity with HR databases and Maintain reports and update database information on an ongoing basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in Lateral Sales hiring.
- Team handling Experience is must
- Graduate/Post Graduate
Location: Mumbai
Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
