Toppr is looking for an Associate /General Manager (AGM)/GM of Sales. As an AGM/GM, you'll be responsible for managing salesforce, meeting sales targets, and delivering month-on-month growth. - You'll be the driver of operational excellence at your Sales Unit. You'll lead, inspire, provide direction, and guide the day-to-day operations of your sales team. Which is why, AGMs at Toppr must be charismatic leaders who balance people skills and operations management effectively. - You will be the head of your business unit with flexibility of running the unit and driving results.
