- Business owner of digital user acquisition, retention and upselling, especially focusing on app
- Drive national strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns to deliver business results
- Optimize online channels performance including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and ad networks to improve acquisition efficiency, user lifespan and lifetime value
- Develop full-funnel media plans including media mix, audience segmentation and a/b testing
- Master the nuances and usages of different data sources including Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and internal data sources. And work with data team to enable in-depth marketing analytics
- Analyze marketing funnel to identify pain points and improve overall effectiveness
- Experienced in analytics and experiments on driving growth and solving issues
- Work across teams to enhance conversion tracking, attribution model and marketing analytics capabilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital marketing especially focusing on performance marketing, user acquisition
- Knowledgeable in app advertising including regional media landscape, event tracking and fraud
- Relevant experience from working in a high-growth company with sizable media budget
- Result driven, with excellent interpersonal skills on how to collaborate with local teams to achieve business results
- Problem solver with a growth mindset
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Appsflyer or equivalent tools
- Experiences with marketing automation tools and workflow automation tools is a plus
- Knowledge or experiences in Tableau, Python and SQL is a plus
- Good communication skills, with excellent command of both spoken and written English
