Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy & own Organic results
- Communicate to internal teams and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
- Perform technical SEO Audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis on our websites, identify problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
- Monitor and evaluate web analytical tools, dashboards, and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
- Stay up to date on the latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trends
- Develop and implement link building campaign
- Coordinate with other departments as Content, Web development Social Media, Sales, etc.
- Training, Coaching, and Mentoring various teams on SEO best practices
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Technical SEO, Local, National & International SEO & Advanced link building
- Experience working with industry tools like Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google search console, Screaming frog etc.
- Experience working with CMS and building content in multiple CMS environments
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Excellent spirit of collaboration to work with varied teams and get results
- Excellent project management capabilities & process orientation
- Team player, strong work ethic, and comfort with working in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
