- Business Analysis and presentation

- Facilitate the business planning cycle for various businesses

- Define frameworks for performance evaluation

- Measure and track performance using various matrices

Strategic Projects & Project Management

- Lead special projects and initiatives.

- Create pitch decks, presentations, and models with and on behalf of the CEO.

- Act as the main liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure action items from meetings are implemented.

- Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces to deliver them on time.

- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

- Be an in-house strategy consultant to not only help define the strategic direction but also bring execution rhythm and excellence across the organisation.
