About the role:
- Assist Performance Marketing team to execute performance based campaigns via paid acquisition channels to grow direct business
- Maintain acquisition target achievement
- Maximise ROAS
- Maintain high quality of inflow
- Improve full-funnel performance across paid online channels (Search, Social, Affiliate & Display)
- Own digital campaigns- daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are running effectively and within budget
- Supporting in the delivery of Biddable strategy to deliver growth, and efficiency targets, by ensuring that biddable investment is delivering core KPIs.
- Understand and deliver planned KPI's for media, traffic, sales and campaigns. Monitor performance on what's not working and optimize; and amplify what's working.
- In-depth analysis and reporting; data management through automated dashboard solutions
- Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives that will increase direct sales, scan new media usages, platforms and trends.
- Collaborate with e-commerce team to work back from sales target
- Constant market, competition and trend observation to be always on top of innovations in paid media
Operational:
- Optimization and further development of paid search, social & display strategies in close cooperation with the agency
- Operational support of the performance channels together with our media agency for creative, technology & CRM
- Operational campaign set up across all funnels (social submission, tracking set-up, analytics alignment, asset delivery)
- Ongoing monitoring and improving of campaign set up and performance through A/B tests and MVTs
