Job Description :
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Ownership and full management of the overall CRM and loyalty strategy to all sets of customer
- Overseeing communication with the customers at every touch point
- Running email marketing campaigns
- Carrying out segmentation of database and devising remarketing strategies
- Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
- Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
- Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.
- Mobile app marketing
- Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics for campaign analysis, web traffic analysis & channel attribution.
