Toothsi - eCommerce Growth Head

- We are seeking an experienced, hands-on on and smart operator to scale our product business on E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.

- This role would initially involve working with an agency partner to own the overall P& L of the product business on aforementioned channels and may subsequently lead to building an in-house team to run the e-commerce business.

- We have a product portfolio across the oral care range (flossers, electric toothbrush, toothpaste, teeth whitening products) under our brand Toothsi and we have a range of skincare products (serums, moisturizers, and so on) under our brand Skinnsi.

Skill Set/Experience Required:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in scaling brand business on e-commerce platforms

- Well-versed with various operations, advertisement, and growth aspects for Amazon/Flipkart ecosystem

- Sharp analytical bent of mind

- Past experience of working with e-commerce agency partners
