ToothSi - City Head - The person should be currently in Dubai Role Requirements : - MBA from a Tier 1 Indian /Foreign Business Schools with 5+ Years of Experience post MBA in top startups (B2C) or consulting role in premium firms (Mc Kinsey, BCG, Accenture) - Currently working out of Dubai - An understanding of the customer, local laws, rules &amp; regulations Skills : - Languages - Good verbal and written English necessarily and Arabic(preferable) - Computers - Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, &amp; Internet - Excellent people and large team management - Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Analytical skills - Confidence to build things from scratch, ability to think on one's feet and navigate problems strong entrepreneurial mindset - Willingness to take on a key leadership role in a fast-paced startup Objective : City head will be part of the Leadership Team in the organization, responsible for - - Defining the business plan and launching the business in Dubai - Providing country-specific insights to the company for developing strategies, policies and processes for the sales, marketing, business development functions - Building a team, executing the plan, and scaling up the business - Driving sales and Operations in the city Key Responsibilities : - Provide country specific insights to HQ team regarding country specific laws, rules, regulations, policies, processes, trends, culture, customs and manners - that will help develop country specific business strategies, launch plan, sales strategies and operational processes. - Conduct market research, understand the consumer mindset and accordingly develop &amp; Implement business model to be culturally relevant maintaining its original identity. - Collaborate with the company leadership team to strategize how best to roll out the service line. - Set up and manage entire sales organization and processes within a country. Tie up and associate with dental clinics in Dubai to enable service delivery - Recruit and manage local talent who have a good understanding of customers; their performance monitoring, mentoring and training. - Driving the sales team towards achievement of sales targets, by providing performance feedback and devising and implementing effective sales strategies. - Provide inputs to the Marketing HQ team for advertising and promotional plans for increasing sales, product positioning and global brand marketing development. - Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development, and provide regular updates on the market, competition, performance, people, policies, regulations to the team at HQ.
