ToothSi - AVP/VP - Product Business

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the Products business including, business planning, off line channel expansion, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.

- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the Products Organization for cross functional partners acting as a project lead to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test growth initiatives of the Products Business.

- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the business strategy

- Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns

- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into Products Business projects

- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase Product sales and profitability

- Identify new areas of opportunities beyond current organizational thinking

- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

Requirements & Competencies :

- Experience in having led and scaled up a digital first Personal Care Brand.

- Strong understanding of omni channel business (online + offline).

- Should have done aggressive scale up of business in online as well as offline formats.

- Ability to manage senior stakeholders.

- Ability to manage a cross functional team.

- Appreciation of Product Sourcing, and Strong Understanding of Marketing, Sales, P&L and People Management.
