Experience: 8+ years of experience as Performance Media Strategist or similar role. Agency handling experience will be a plus.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing through channels including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, Affiliate, Native & Partner Marketing
- Hands-on experience working with industry tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Insights, Facebook Ad Library, Keyword Planner, Reach Planner, SimilarWeb, eMarketer etc.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Excellent spirit of collaboration to work with varied teams and get results
- Excellent project management capabilities & process orientation
- Team player, strong work ethic, and comfort with working in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Strategic mindset with numerical aptitude
Responsibilities :
- Lead Performance Marketing function to execute campaigns via paid acquisition channels to grow direct business, which includes:
- Maintain acquisition target achievement
- Maximise ROAS
- Maintain high quality of inflow
- Improve full-funnel performance across all paid online channels
- Plan, develop and implement annual Performance Marketing strategy in line with business growth targets
- Own performance media led growth for brands handled and report to cross functional stakeholders
- Communicate to internal teams and management on strategy/project progress, timelines, and results
- Perform media audits, measurement analysis, competitive analysis, identify problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Lead on roll agencies to delivering growth targets in a well planned fashion
- Team leadership and team building in line with growth projections
- Stay up to date on the latest paid ad algorithms update/changes & SEO trends to maximise growth
