Toolsvilla - Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Managing the entire eCommerce business process team to improve order fulfillment efficiency.

- Work & negotiate with sellers and courier partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective order fulfillment.

- Reduce returns & cost of returns via benchmarking and coordination with sellers & logistics partners.

- Creating a robust tech-driven SOP that automatically drives efficiency in the supply-chain w.t shipping time & cost.

- Negotiating with logistics on weight difference, damage and pilferage in transit and ensure minimum loss to sellers and the company.

- Work closely with the Senior management to drive new partnership opportunities that help in growing the business faster.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
