Toolsvilla is hiring for an HR Manager with strong leadership abilities to supervise and communicate with different personnel across the hierarchy of the organizations human resources department.

Responsibilities include

- Managing the recruitment and selection process and Organizing a comprehensive new employee orientation and engaging new staff onboarding.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs within the human resources department Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Help organizations achieve better employee relations by nurturing a positive working environment.

- Schedule and conduct job evaluations and take action to improve employees experience.

Requirements and skills

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

- Experience working in various job portals, screening and shortlisting candidates as per the JD.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

- Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Most importantly, these responsibilities extend beyond administrative tasks.

Experience

HR: 2 years+ (Preferred).

Durgapur, West Bengal (Required).
