Ensure the growth and profitability of the - Mobile Learning Solution. Responsible for building long term strategy to create and grow market for the solution, planning and implementing the activities towards achieving growth and profitability related targets.

Job Description :

- Responsible for lead generation/ business development activities.

- Develop deep understanding of customers, their needs, end user pain points and use relevant information in developing business development strategy for eLearning services.

- Sales pipeline generation creating a high profile database of prospects in the United States.

- Have a competitor mapping in market space and evolve a strategy for selling solutions

- Sourcing prospective clients through cold calling and arrange meetings with C level executives and procurement heads.

- Set up a steady stream of high quality new business meetings for the sales teams in North America.

- Manage & execute research activities as required to compile successful campaign target lists.

- Working in concert with the Delivery management teams

- Building close relationships with customers

- Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin Will carry targets linked compensation: order booking, revenue targets, new leads

- Build strategic partnerships with organisations for a deeper penetration

- Manage and motivate the sales team

Skills Required :

- Demonstrated success in driving and achieving number targets

- eLearning domain knowledge.

- Ability to connect at C-level and various people in the organization.

- Strong Communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of Mobile application development.

Requirement :

- Position : Sales Manager (e-learning)

- Grow from Individual to Multiple Team Members based on business projections planned by Sales Head

- Location : Faridabad (Delhi-NCR)

- Qualification : Graduate, MBA from leading institute (Preferably)

- Total Experience : 5-7 yrs of exp

- Minimum Experience: 4-5 yrs of Marketing / Business Development experience (preferred)

- Domain: Sales in Learning Domain is preferred.
