- Support Senior Management team in developing and communicating a sound sales strategy to maximize revenue and profitability, and to capitalize on new market opportunities.

- Scan the competitive market to understand and evaluate the service offerings of other companies and partners, as well as keep up to date with the rules and regulations affecting the payments industry.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Company's payment and non-payment solutions, technologies and services.

- Engage in business development activities to acquire new customers and expand the Company's existing client base and revenue sources within India and outside.

- Solicit clients and potential new revenue sources through cold calling, networking through strategic partners, by subscribing to industry blogs, publications and social media.

- Work alongside the Marketing department to identify new marketing opportunities such as new ideas for promotions, online advertising, direct marketing, web presence and product offerings.

- Update the CRM system to track leads and identify solid business opportunities.

- Formal weekly updates to report progress, potential leads and overall sales pipeline.

- Report to senior management on a monthly basis where you are at with respect to budgeted quotas as well as communicate pipeline sales for the next 3 quarters.

- Liaise with different internal departments to channel feedback on customer and partner requirements, preferences and value-added features.

- Measure the effectiveness of various sales strategies and tactics by determining the impact on the bottom line.

- Create presentations and deliverables to support the sales team - client pursuit, proposal.

- Create presentations and deliverables to cater to stake holders - Expansion, 3rd Party, cross teams.

- Create strategy pursuit deliverable to cater to - different geographic location

- Create and execute - a city launch and meet the required KPIs

Desired Skills and Experience

- Masters in Business Administration from a Top Business School.

- Should bring 1 to 4 years of relevant sales and business development experience, specifically within the mobile/online payment industry in India, as well as B2B experience.

- Should have a proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding your sales targets.

- Should have spent a significant part of your career in a mid-sales role and you understand the constant demands and changes associated with this position.

- Should have the ability to strategically select potential clients and focus on maintaining multiple sourcing alternatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential prospects for new business and revenue opportunities.

- Should have the patience and the ability to tactfully handle client inquiries and negotiations.

- Should be a self-motivator who can work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

- Should be responsible and a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and

Leadership skills and you are comfortable presenting in front of small and large audiences.

- Should demonstrate excellent enthusiasm and leadership, and a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment.

- Must be available for occasional travel to meet and network with clients in person, to represent the Company at various industry events and shows.

Desired Experience and Education:

- Master's degree from premier colleges with consistent academics and extra-curricular

- Preferably 1 to 4 years of experience.

- Must be from a Payments/ Technology background with a sound knowledge of the payment industry

NOTE- It is mandatory for the candidates to have a full time MBA degree from a premium B-school.
