ToneTag - Expansion Manager

We are looking for a special breed of professionals for this position. A smart go-getter who can achieve whatever is thrown at him irrespective of the concerned place. A self-driven outdoorsy leader, who likes to be in the field rather than in an office environment. ToneTag Expansion Managers will host our flag across India and globally. They will rule regions and territories with absolute confidence

- Achieve ambitious & aggressive sales/acquisition targets

- Device innovative ways to shorten acquisition cycle

- Explain any ToneTag product to anyone; communicate the value and convince even a layman to adopt ToneTag products

- Imbibe ToneTag incentive plan in the minds of merchants

- Train merchants and customers quickly and effectively on using ToneTag products

- Work closely with the Global Product Marketing & Alliance team to formulate GTM plan for any region in India or overseas

- Participate in both Inside & Field Sales activities

- Create and manage prospect database through effective reporting processes

- Set up shop and start operations anywhere within India & globally

- Train and monitor an equally effective expansion team

- Manage end-to-end sales operations - right from getting a collateral printed to on-boarding a merchant

- Keep self and the team updated on any development in an assigned region or territory

- Conduct spotless recce and collect important information on any area

- Identify and conduct any event, workshop, seminar etc. in order to capture a territory

- Be a hustler and kill any competition before it could raise its head

Preference

- A smart outdoorsy individual with the conviction of making his point noted, on any platform

- 1-3 years of experience before MBA, in a B2C environment - FMCG, Insurance, Retail Banking, E-commerce, Retail or Consumer Electronics industries

Must have

- An individual with principles and courage

- A strong believer in equality and team work

- Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere

- Involved in an outdoor sports or activity

- Excellent communication skills
