Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieving aggressive/ambitious sales/acquiring targets
- Using past and present connects to acquire large retail chains - the person responsible for this position needs to have a wide range of connects in retail chains that can help in acquiring accounts
- Convert a series of large target accounts in a short span of time
- Device innovative ways to shorten acquiring cycle
- Formulate GTM plans for any industry and/or region in India now and in global destinations, in the next phase of expansion
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and effectively communicate it to senior leadership on a regular basis
- Create and pursue new leads for conversion
- Keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities
- Playing a key role in new business development through data gathering, screening and prospecting potential customers and managing the process leading to closure.
- Carrying out appropriate research to profile top level decision makers within target accounts
- Addressing complex product and business related customer requests and queries
- Manage relationships with large retail players and enable effective Account Management
- Using multiple industry and non-industry forums to influence and drive key decision makers

Desired Experience and Education :
- Master's degree from premier colleges with consistent academics and extra curriculars
- 7-10 years of experience in acquiring large retail accounts for one of the major merchant acquirers in India
- Must be from a Payments background with a sound knowledge of the payment industry
- Required level in ToneTag's 3 A's - Attitude, Ambition, Accumen
