ToneTag - Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has a passion and flair for Sales and experience in Merchant Acquisition. We are looking for an exceptionally competent individual who can manage end-to-end needs of convincing, selling concept, onboarding merchants and materializing transactions. The Business Development Executive will have an open opportunity to get involved in shaping up the Sales Strategy of ToneTag and grow as much as she/he deserves and aims for.

Salary: 5-7 LPA

The key responsibilities & requirements are as follows :

- Understand ToneTag technology and products and articulate them to small and medium merchants effectively and flawlessly

- Experience in merchant acquisition in an Acquiring organization. She/he should be ideally involved in selling concepts or devices to small and medium merchants in Bangalore. For example: Billing/POS devices, EDCs, mPOS devices and solutions etc.

- Effective monitoring and reporting abilities

- Understand not only the merchant psyche but also the consumer psyche so that ToneTag value proposition can be tailored accordingly

- Ability to deliver effective presentations

- Experience in running offline promotional campaigns across merchant base and making sure that appropriate collaterals are in place

- Create, develop and implement a business plan to grow the small/medium merchants leg of business

- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada

- Hands on knowledge on MS Office

- Must posses her/his own conveyance

- Extensive contacts within small & medium merchant base in Bangalore
