Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Site Head for a prestigious real estate project in Navi Mumbai.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale residential/commercial real estate sales, leading teams, and driving business growth.


- The Sales Site Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, client management, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

- Lead the on-site sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

- Monitor sales performance, provide timely feedback, and ensure the team meets individual and collective targets.

Team Leadership:

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and maintain a positive work environment.

- Set clear objectives for the sales team and monitor their progress.

Client Management:

- Handle key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Facilitate client visits and guide them through site tours and project details.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements.

- Coordinate with the project and operations teams to keep up with construction updates and project timelines.

Market Intelligence:

- Keep abreast of real estate market trends.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in large residential/commercial projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
