Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Head to oversee the entire value chain of our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) operations. The ideal candidate will lead project execution with a focus on optimizing costs, timelines, and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for the operations of the entire value chain of EPC including direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of all projects ensuring consistency with Company's vision, strategy, commitments, targets, and goals

- Take leadership role to execute the projects at optimum cost, time, and best quality standards from end-to-end. (From pre-construction activities like planning, project design development estimation stage till completion).

- Coordinate / interact closely with all the concerned departments and take the lead in problem solving and decisions, making optimum use of the services/ expertise of the departments.

- Ensure compliance of all statutory norms under applicable laws & guidelines.

- Ability to handle minimum 5 township projects simultaneously.

- Exposure in planning and executing mix use standalone Commercial and Residential projects.

Job Requirements:

- B. Tech / B.E. (Civil) / Postgraduate in Project / Construction Management / MBA.

- 15 + years of experience in multi-use multi location High rise Residential, Commercial, IT / ITeS & Industrial Projects.

- Knowledge of latest technologies / construction methodologies connected with complex multi-use multi location projects in large layouts.

- Experience in developing standards, SOPs, Efficiency & Control mechanism for end-to-end construction activities.

- Excellent negotiation skills & deep-rooted experience in dealing with consultants, vendors, contractors.

- Strong leadership & senior level maturity with excellent man management skills.

Should possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal with strong coordination and networking skills.
