Responsibilities:
- You would be telling compelling stories and thought leadership content in various formats and multiple topics ranging from Cloud, DevOps, Product Engineering, Industry 4.0, SAP, ERP, and more
- You would be responsible for creating, assimilating, and conveying technical information in a persuasive, non-technical, concise and effective manner
- You will gather information from many sources and author it into a document with an aim to simplify complex concepts or processes to maximize reader comprehension using a creative and persuasive writing style
- Build technology content assets customized from the lens of industry / verticals such as CPG, Telco, Retail, Technology, Fintech, among others
- Understand business focus and their accelerators, frameworks, IPs to build meaningful content around specific business line
- Work alongside other content marketers and collaborate with designers, technical teams, and practice teams to get the desired results
- Create a content calendar considering customer requirements
- Build storyboards, whitepapers, PR, product / solution video scripts, ebooks, infographics, landing page content, copywriting for media creative and social media assets, emailers, brochures and so much more
- Choose the right marketing mix and help disseminate / syndicate the content assets for maximizing traffic, engagement, views, followers, and other relevant KPIs
- Understand and help repurpose existing content assets to snackable content pieces such as short videos, gifs, carousels, presentations and more.
- You will be responsible for setting the tone of technical communication through the use of spacing, images, typefaces, etc
- Ensure hygiene in assets such as depth, tone, grammar, spellings, tense, sentence structure
Must Have:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in writing technical content for B2B tech services/products
- Knowledge of multiple formats and tonality such as whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, video scripts, emailers, social media creatives, GIFs, ad copies, ad creatives, among others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in the English language is a must
- Excellent at long-form content for web and short-form copywriting for social media
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Ability to write and edit in a variety of styles and format for a different audiences
- Meet deadlines and ensure quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for content, proactive and multitasker with an ability to get the
job done with minimal supervision.
