Responsibilities:
- Create a structured learning plan for different employee levels.
- Create multiple learning platforms with an objective to cover employees with different learning styles.
- Work with the Leadership team to understand the learning needs and publish a Learning Calendar.
- Act as the learning champion and coach for people.
- Build a pool of Trainers (both internal and external) and ensure the right support is provided for training delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external training partners.
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure seamless delivery of sessions. Anchor the planning process and oversee all logistics.
- Critically review the training content and continuously improve delivery.
- Spread awareness and drive maximum participation across learning initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Human Resource Business Partners in creating the right type of training to address specific business/team needs including suggesting alternative training solutions.
- Organize past and current learning materials into a central library.
- Track Budgets and negotiate on contracts.
- Work on organization level initiatives
Must have:
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
- An avid reader with a strong inclination towards learning.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships, and provide leadership.
