'Top 25 India's best IT & IT-BPM workplaces'.Responsibilities :- Manage and Execute monthly Payroll creation and verification
- Ensure compliance with HR-related statutory obligations - Minimum Wages, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
- Manage submission of investment declarations, proofs and reimbursements on a monthly/annual basis
- Conduct compensation benchmarking exercise to update compensation structure to include benefits and keep it in line with the Industry Liaise with Vendors, Finance and legal team for day-to-day operations
- Manage internal & external Audits and take corrective actions
- Maintain accurate employee data and publish MIS, Dashboards, etc. on a regular basis
- Resolve payroll related concerns of HR Partners and employees from time-to-time
Requirements Must Have : - Specialization in Human Resources or Finance or Statistics or equivalent 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent quantitative and analytical
- Should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Work experience in a mid-sized setup (2000 - 5000 people) is preferred
