Summary:
We are looking for a candidate to be a part of the HR Projects Team responsible for improvising current HR Processes, taking new initiatives and successfully implementing them. The areas to be worked upon are decided at the start of the year and are phased out on a quarterly basis, the person should be open to starting things from scratch, ideating the plan, executing it and coming with improvements on a frequent basis.
Responsibilities:
One of the key projects for the Team this year is automation and process re-engineering of HR areas with an aim to improve people's experience. The core responsibility of this person would be to champion this project along with a few other initiatives which might be aligned. Expectations from this individual would be as follows:
1) Act as Functional Consultant for development of various modules of the HR system/application
2) Thorough Research on industry best practices and evaluation of available HR systems in the market to decide on various - Application Features-
3) Coordinate with HR Function Owners to understand as-is and to-be processes. Work closely with them to improvise the current process for better user experience
4) Plan, Prioritise and manage - Sprint Scope- by working closely with the internal Technical Lead and Developers
5) Come-Up with - User stories- or - Feature List- for the respective applicative/module basis requirements
6) Create a Project Plan phasing out various features and track progress
7) Responsible for all feature roll-out post ensuring that we release a bug-free deployment/Sprint
8) Continue to revisit the plan and priorities for a module release basis feedback and features discussed
9) Manage all project activities including creation of SOPs, Process Documents etc
10) Ensure project dependencies are taken care of at utmost priority
- 11) Identify risk, raise red flags and propose solutions
12) Publish periodical dashboards and reports
Must Have:
1) 3-5 years of HR experience
2) B.Tech + MBA (Human Resources) is preferred
3) Experience in managing an HR product development or understanding of software lifecycle is a plus
4) Excellent communication, Excel and presentation skills
