Responsibilities:

1) Complete life cycle management of people aligned for the respective Business Unit.

2) Conduct 30-60-90 day connect sessions for new joiners aiming to improve people's experience and resolve concerns.

3) Have periodic one-on-one sessions with people, aiming to identify issues w.r.t. career progression, aspirations, learning etc.

4) Drive various people initiatives and activities for the Business Unit.

5) Manage the end-to-end performance review cycle for the Business Unit.

6) Resolve people's grievances within the defined SLAs.

Must Have:

1) 2-5 years of relevant functional experience.

2) MBA with specialization in Human Resources.

3) Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

4) Good interpersonal skills.

5) Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain relationships.
