Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of the given portfolio of clients
- Manage overall agency/client relationship and establish rapport and long-term relationships with the client/s
- Create effective social media copies for brands and work closely with the art/design team for social media copies and creatives
- Able to create detailed client reports and analysis and derive useful insights
- Ensure client retention and revenue growth
- Help sales team with ammunition during sales pitches
- Work closely with the planning and creative teams to come up with effective digital strategies
- Understand the business and marketing requirements of existing and new clients and propose digital solutions, led by digital marketing, technology and analytics
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of total experience
- Ability to manage social media calendars, write social media copies and take care of Online Response Management using tools or manually
- Basic understanding of everything digital including Social, Media, SEO, Email, Automation, Analytics and Content
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolio
-Ability to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions that can help clients achieve their business objectives
- Ability to conceive and communicate digital strategies
- Very sound understanding of all the social media platforms
Nice to have Skills:
- Very sound understanding of everything digital including Social, Media, SEO, Email, Automation, Analytics and Content
