To The New - Senior Account Manager/Account Director - Digital Marketing
About TO THE NEW:
- She/He would mentor a team of account managers, executives, and content marketers.
- She/He would be responsible for end to end delivery of digital and content marketing projects/client deliverables. Working closely with the senior management, she/he would be responsible for business development/pre-sales pitch presentation and account mining.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage overall agency/client relationship ensuring smooth operations and establish rapport and long-term relationships with the clients. Manage relationships with large clients independently
- Ensure client retention and revenue growth
- Work with senior management for new initiatives
- Understand the business and marketing requirements of existing and new clients and propose content formats, tonality, narrative, and assets
- Manage and mentor a team of Account/Client Servicing Managers, Account Executives, and Content Marketers
- Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them achieve their B2B and Content Marketing objectives
- Create effective content strategies while closely working with the planning and creative teams
- Implement sound project management processes and tools for delivery and execution
- Guide design and video teams in conceptualizing technical concepts and translating them into impactful stories
- Ability to work in tight timelines over a variety of formats including whitepapers, ebooks, infographic, videos, ad copies, creatives, brochures, GTM assets.
- Knowhow of B2B technology services like Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, Product development, Digital Transformation, among other advances
- Understanding of B2B marketing nuances such as Account Based Marketing, Email Automation, among others
Must have Skills:
- 8-10 years of total experience
- Minimum experience of 5-6 years in B2B Tech Services / Vertical Marketing / B2B Marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- In-depth understanding of B2B and Content marketing
- Knowledge of various tools, platforms, technologies in digital marketing ; leading social media platforms, publishing tools like Hootsuite, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MailChimp, HubSpot and more.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolio or executing large-scale marketing campaigns and projects in corporate marketing teams
