Job Description:
TO THE NEW is looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager/Account Director in the Digital Marketing Business Unit. A Senior Account Manager/Account Director is responsible for a portfolio of accounts in Digital Marketing covering various components from social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, marketing automation/email marketing to analytics. She/He would mentor a team of account managers, executives, and digital marketers. She/He would be responsible for end to end delivery of digital marketing projects/client deliverables. Working closely with the senior management, she/he would be responsible for business development/pre sales pitch presentation, account mining, and new client acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage overall agency/client relationship ensuring smooth operations and establish rapport and long-term relationships with the clients. Manage relationships with large clients independently
- Ensure client retention and revenue growth
- Work with senior management for new business development from ideation, execution, to pitch presentation
- Understand the business and marketing requirements of existing and new clients and propose digital solutions, led be digital marketing, technology and analytics
- Manage and mentor a team of Account/Client Servicing Managers, Account Executives, and Digital Marketers
- Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them achieve their business and marketing objectives.
- Create effective digital strategies while closely working with the planning and creative teams
- Implement sound project management processes and tools for delivery and execution
Must have Skills:
- 8-10 years of total experience
- Minimum experience of 5 years in digital marketing
- At-least 3 years of experience in client servicing/account management
- Prior experience of handling a team of account managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing including social media marketing, social advertising, SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation/Email Marketing, Analytics.
- Knowledge of various tools, platforms, technologies in digital marketing - leading social media platforms, publishing tools like Hootsuite, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MailChimp, HubSpot and more.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolio
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose digital marketing strategies/campaigns that can help clients achieve their business objectives
- Ability to conceive and communicate digital strategies
