Key Responsibilities :1. Monitor and improve the performance of the teams in terms of efficiency, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule fidelity and employee satisfaction/development.
2. Lead the training & feedback sessions and periodic one-on-ones that emphasize on improving customer satisfaction, communication and technical skills.
3. Ownership of end-to-end business operations of all running projects.
4. Coordinate amongst the teams & team leaders and build relationships to manage the team effectively.
5. Updating/reporting seniors and stakeholders on daily/monthly performance, publishing various dashboards and analysis on numbers.
6. Must be able to communicate effectively with the client about project updates, setting expectations.
7. Should be able to educate the client about other services and promotions that VMS and TTN provide.
8. Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
9. Ability to resolve client complaints with corrective and preventive actions.
10. Organizing training workshops to improve the performance of the members.
Must Have : 1. Should have at least 5 years of experience in operations and people management.
2. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
3. Team members should be able to look up to this position for help, advice and guidance when required.
4. Good knowledge of all the trending project reporting tools such as MS Office, Excel, in particular, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Good to have :1. Prior experience in managing and growing P&L.
2. Prior experience in managing M&E projects especially in Digital and OTT.
3. Prior experience in an IT company, a media services company or a post-production house.
