Responsibilities:
- Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships into high-value engagements
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure
- Spearhead sales of technology services including web & mobile application development, Cloud & DevOps, UX led engineering for target geographies
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans.
- Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs
- Manage, mentor and drive the team and their revenue targets
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with an objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System
Must have:
- Should have atleast 7 years of experience in selling technology offerings to Technology buyers such as CXO- s, VP Engineering etc
- Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies
- Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders
- Should be well versed with technology landscape including custom web and mobile application development cloud, mobility, UX led engineering
- Should be willing to travel to the target geographies for deal closures
- Should keep himself/herself abreast of the latest technology and business trends in organizational focus areas
