Lead - Learning & Development
Responsibilities:
- Create a structured learning plan for different employee levels
- Create multiple learning platforms with an objective to cover employees with different learning styles
- Work with the Leadership team to understand the learning needs and publish a Learning Calendar
- Act as the learning champion and coach for people
- Manage and run the six-monthly Performance Review Cycle
- Ideate, manage and Lead the HiPo Development Plan and People Managers Program
- Build a pool of Trainers (both internal and external) and ensure the right support is provided for training delivery
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external training partners
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure seamless delivery of sessions. Anchor the planning process and oversee all logistics
- Critically review the training content and continuously improve delivery
- Spread awareness and drive maximum participation across learning initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partners in creating the right type of training to address specific business/team needs including suggesting alternative training solutions
- Organize past and current learning materials into a central library
- Track Budgets and negotiate contracts
Requirements:- 3- 9 years of relevant functional experience
- MBA with specialization in Human Resources
- An avid reader with a strong inclination towards learning
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide leadership
