Role Summary:

You will leverage your talents to design and execute strategies focused on attracting and hiring early career talent along with supporting lateral hiring. You can expect to be exposed to a lot of opportunities within an agile, collaborative, and fun environment.

Responsibilities -

- Develop detailed recruiting plans for intern and full-time hires through clearly defined objectives, outcomes, and sourcing strategies

- Strategizing & support on lateral hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner

- Build, define and manage Campus Hiring Program including Internships.

- Work on brand building Initiatives, identify multiple access points such as speaker sessions, professional network events, and a variety of communications prior to Hiring/Onboarding to attract and engage talent

- Own and participate in intern program activities to maintain candidate engagement that results in a higher conversion of interns.

- Conduct campus compensation benchmarking and rewards management in partnership with businesses periodically

- Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruiting processes and predict future performance, and leverage resources effectively

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and hiring managers to develop and drive recruiting strategies and results.

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) with atleast 1-year relevant functional experience

- Openness to work and support on lateral hiring.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability

- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player

- Solid attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills

- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership
