Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the management of the Client Services team and serve as primary client contact on multiple accounts
- To directly contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing value to clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- To generate, develop and sustain new business opportunities within existing and potential clients
- Maintaining and developing all digital projects including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered and recommend necessary optimizations.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with clients.
- Financial management and reporting of client portfolio.
Must have:
- MBA/MA/Masters in Mass Communication with minimum of 3 - 8 years of relevant experience Self-motivated with a passion for content and digital marketing
- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Multitasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to implement and meet deadlines with strong account management skill
