Role :We are looking for a talented marketer to execute marketing initiatives with an objective to increase brand awareness. You- ll be a key part of the marketing team, building thoughtful content, creating powerful stories and executing high-octane and strategic brand campaigns. You will decide the best way to present content to our audience, keep track of metrics associated with your work, and use the content to grow our audience and leads.
Responsibilities :1. Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, broadcast platforms to build the credibility of brand and to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations.
2. Work with creative teams developing creative briefs and media plan for campaigns.
3. Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
4. Supervise advertising and other forms of marketing across channels (digital including social, offline, email, print, tv, outdoors) to maintain consistency in branding.
5. Work on creating and identifying new opportunities to generate content, engage thought-leaders and increase awareness of the business unit.
6. Responsible for generating and managing PR relationships and manage associations with portals and influencers.
7. Plan the messaging, aid in collateral creation and promote the event through a multi- channel marketing strategy.
8. Manage budgets on media and agency spend.
9. Meet with clients and working with colleagues across multiple functions (product, sales, BD, PR) to drive branding and marketing deliverables.
10. Responsible for creating and promoting premium marketing resources such as whitepapers, eBooks and blogs.
11. Create, run, and manage multiple campaigns for various service lines of TO THE NEW to increase the brand awareness.
12. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm topics and come up with business centric ideas, to improve the ROI on the marketing efforts.
13. Develop fresh content ideas and draft creative and engaging social media copies across different networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
14. Implement an integrated Branding and Public Relations plan catering to internal and external audiences and aligned to the overall TTN brand.
15. Re-purposing and creating marketing assets which are shareable and downloadable.
16. Stay updated with industry best practices and implement strategies to increase Brand reach.
Must Have : - MBA in Marketing with 3-8 years of relevant experience preferably in the IT/IteS industry.
- Self-motivated with a passion for content, brand and digital marketing.
- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Multitasker with an ability to get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software and tools.
- Must have experience in creating and running campaigns for IT/ITes services.
