Job Summary:
The ideal candidate would be a Functional Consultant focused on the development of new and existing HR systems/applications by researching industry best practices, collaborating with HR Function Owners, creating user stories, managing project plans, prioritizing sprint scope with technical teams, providing regular updates through dashboards and reports and ensuring bug-free feature rollouts leading to
improvement in internal processes and enhance user experience.
What you'll do:- Act as Functional Consultant for the development of various modules of the
HR system/application- Thorough Research on industry best practices and evaluation of available HR systems in the market to decide on various "Application Features"
- Coordinate with HR Function Owners to understand as-is and to-be processes. Work closely with them to improvise the current process for a better user experience
- Come Up with "
User stories" or "Feature List" as per TTN's context
- Create a
Project Plan phasing out various features and track progress
- Plan, Prioritise and manage "
Sprint Scope" by working closely with the internal Technical Lead and Developers leveraging various Project Management Tool
- Responsible for all feature roll-out posts ensuring that we release a
bug-free deployment/Sprint- Continue to revisit the plan and priorities for a module release basis feedback and features discussed
- Manage all project activities including the
creation of SOPs, Process Documents, etc
- Ensure project dependencies are taken care of at utmost priority
- Identify risk, raise red flags and propose solutions
- Publish
periodical dashboards and reportsWhat you need:- 5-9 years of HR experience
- A Computer Science Engineer with an MBA in Human Resources is preferred
- Experience in managing an HR product development or understanding of software lifecycle is a plus
- Excellent communication, Excel, and presentation skills
