Qualification
1. Prior experience of building a Sales and Distribution network and not just managing it
2. Relevant experience in FMCG sales

- Strong Account/Customer Management and Business Development Skills
- Relationship Management/Negotiation Skills/Cost effective Management
- Thought leadership on in-store activation and promotions for retail Stores
- Inter-personal skills to manage people across hierarchies and functions
- Sound understanding of customer P& L and its drivers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage a strong sales team
- Coach and guide the field team on Sales, Distribution and Activation in the channel.
- Manage the current distributor network and build new network wherever required
- Expand to new retail outlets and chains
- Oversee national sales, promotions, collections and other activities to achieve sales target
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows and special events
- Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
- Deliver on the Value and volume targets by month/quarter/year.
- Delivering of the in-execution store metrics basis Picture of Success.
- Interact with other functions like Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to provide seamless customer management
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
