TMRW - Deal Lead - M&A & Investments

- CA or CA + MBA credentials

- 2-4 years of experience working in consulting firms with experience in due diligence and advisory

- Candidates with M&A exposure (either in investment banking or c dev) post their FDD/diligence experience will be ideal

- D2C/Retail/E-commerce experience preferable

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to work across cross-functional teams as well as with portfolio companies

- Excellent analytical reasoning, and critical thinking

- Skilled in basic software - Excel, PowerPoint

Key Skills :

- Great communication skills

- Presentations and Excel modelling skills & Good understanding valuation modeling

- Understanding of financial statements & Accounting

- Entrepreneurial drive, disciplined and focused
