Role Overview : The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in Tmrw's mission - transforming the acquired brands into brands that people love. The brand manager will be responsible for how the customer receives the brand communication at each touchpoint, digital or physical. They should be passionate about differentiation and about building a digital-first brand. The expertise of the brand manager should also help define the brand's improvement on critical KPIs that enable the brand's growth journey. Duties/Responsibilities: - Ability to understand the D2C & Fashion marketing landscape - Shape and communicate the uniqueness of their brand - Translate brand elements into creatives that drive recall & differentiation at each touchpoint - Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" - Ability to work with external agency partners to deliver the above within budgets - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and market applications - Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions - Devise innovative growth strategies - Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics Required Skills/Abilities: - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers - Outstanding communication skills - Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
